I started with Hyatt Legal Plans in 1996. I also served on the Florida Bar Committed on Prepaid Legal Services from 1994-2000.

I am committed to providing HLP plan members the highest level of service. This is a small law firm and every client recieves personal attention.

Hints for plan members;

• If you are not the actual plan member, please be sure to have the plan member's (for example your spouse) membership number.
• You are welcome to have a phone or in office consult. If you know you have an issue that you would be probably hiring an attorney for even if you didn't have the plan, I'd suggest an office conference.
• Coverage decisions are always made by the Plan, not by me. I make a preliminary decision about coverage. But in some cases I need to review coverage with the Plan representative.
• Be prepared to provide the plan member's membership number, case number and employer name, so we can confirm coverage quickly.
